In this workshop we want to share our know-how from a 5 year during training project about self-evaluation in primary-schools.

The first part of this workshop we will point out our definition on self-evaluation  as a  fundamental part in the process of policymaking and as a motor in school development.

We developed a method of self-evaluation in which we emphasise on communication: team members are enabled to talk about ‘their’ school, what is going well, what could be better?  We take you through this method step by step so that you will be able to use it yourself.

 

In part two we want to emphasise on follow-up and how to translate the evaluation topics into concrete and realistic actions that will improve school life.

We take you through the method ‘from a 100% idea to a 15% action’.
